About Us

Dr. Sanjib Kumar Mishra is highly experienced radiation oncologist and has been practicing oncology for more than 10yeas. He has worked in Jaslok Hospital, Mumbai from 2003 to 2004 and also at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai from 2004 to 2007. He is the first radiation oncologist in the state of Orissa (a state in east India) who started Intensity Modulated Radio Therapy (IMRT), in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. He has worked in Hemalata Hospital, Bhubaneswar from 2007 to 2017 and now working at Utkal Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Niladri Vihar, Bhubaneswar.

He is a member of AROI (Association of Radiation Oncologist of India), ESTRO (Europian Society of Therapeutic Radiology & Oncology) and Indian College of Radiation Oncology (ICRO).


He is also the General Secretary of ISNO (Indian Society of Neuro-Oncology), Orissa State Chapter.


He was the Organizing Secretary of Young Radiation Oncologist of Odisha (YROC- 2015) and also the Chairman of Scientific Committee of AROI-2016 held at Bhubaneswar.

Experience with modern radiotherapy techniques: 3DCRT, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS, virtual simulation, etc.

Experienced in all routine teletherapy immobilization, simulation and treatment techniques; all aspects of brachytherapy including intracavitary, intraluminal, interstitial, & mould brachytherapy; Palliative medicine & care of terminally ill patients; and the use of cytotoxic chemotherapy & management of toxicities.

Worked at ACTREC for six month and was looking after all patients in different clinical trials of Tata Memorial Hospital.
